In these roles, she worked to build leadership strategies, develop high-performing teams and revitalize training programs on a vast scale. These are just a few of the experiences that now allow her to partner with organizations to implement Shadowmatch tools to build better teams, empower employees, and improve results.
Sharon holds a Master of Arts degree in Management and Organization Development from John F. Kennedy University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Texas State University. She lives with her husband, Mike, in Austin, Texas.
